WORK/LIFE BALANCE COACHING PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS
Welcome to your Work/Life Balance Coaching Program. Now that you are a member you now have access to Skill Building Videos, Informative Worksheets, instructions on how to build your own Personal Development Plan, and a Personal Wellness Check-In that allows you to keep track of your own personal well-being both inside and outside of the workplace.
The Work/Life Balance Coaching Program allows you to use and apply all the Tools and Methods offered in any manner that suits you in any order you prefer. We do have some tips and guidance to make sure you are getting the most out of the program. We encourage you to:
- Use the results of your Individual Self-Assessment to help you start your Personal Development Plan
- Use and apply the Tools, Methods, and Insights offered in the program both inside and outside of the workplace
- Be sure to download the Informative Worksheets (Eg: Self-Awareness Informative Worksheet, etc.) as this will help you in creating your Personal Development Plan
- Complete your Personal Wellness Check-In at least once a month so you can celebrate your changes or address challenges
- Use the program content as often as you like in a manner that works best for you
- Access Support and Guidance through our Chat Feature and we will address any questions or concerns you have about the Work/Life Balance Coaching Program in a timely manner
The Work/Life Balance Coaching Program is aimed at providing you with Tools, Methods, and Insights that you can use both inside and outside of the workplace. Everyday we are presented with a variety of situations, challenges, and obstacles that can affect our mental balance, either at home or at work. Using and applying the skills offered in the Work/Life Balance Coaching Program can help you create a work/life balance that works for you.
